RE:Beef short ribs
I'm in Mt Eden but all I do is ring my order through to my local if it's something slightly unusual. Beef cheeks, short ribs etc. Most butchers will do this for you but they don't stock alot of it simply because of supply and demand. There's a butcher on Victoria Ave I used to go to forgotten his name but they were great, try him I'd be surprised if he couldn't help.

Beef short ribs
Dish Magazine has a good looking recipe using beef short ribs, do you think I can find a butcher who stocks them.
I'm in Remuera can anyone help me here.
